This reprint is an exhibition catalog,
which documents a collection of furniture designed by Schindler for
Basia Gingold, a Los Angeles doctor, who between 1940 and 1950
commissioned furniture for her residence as well as for her offices. In
addition to photographs of the furniture, the catalog also includes
drawings for the interior of her residence with elevations and floor
plans of two office designs.
